An update

So finally Thursday I'll find out how I did in my class. She's four assignments behind so she has her work cut out for her.
Jason's mom called on his Name Day, but he was out with me. He hasn't talked to them in a couple of weeks. I assume he will see them when he goes to his cousin's house for Christmas. I think the break has been good for him.
We're having our family gathering on the 30th...Jon and Kate are coming down for a few days. It should be fun. I have Andrew as my big gift person. (That's my sister's husband.}
Jason and I are not getting engaged any time soon. He has some issues to work out. (You know, stupid guy things.) I am not a very patient person...but I am trying to deal. *grin* Truthfully, I think my Ima is more disappointed than me. She told me "well I'll try to act all warm and fuzzy when I see him." I told her she'd better.
I just spilled my yogurt in my pants. The purple yogurt stands out nicely against my green pants.
We went to a holiday party last Saturday and this past Sunday we went to Jason's old boss's birthday party. He is a sikh and so we went to an Indian restaurant. It was a fun mix of pop songs in Hindi and English.
Last Wednesday Abbi, Dad and I went to the Caps-Rangers game. The Caps won, and my favorite player (it's not Ovechkin) scored the game winning goal in overtime.
Abbi and I decided to go to the bar next to the arena to celebrate the win. The local cable sports tv station had a camera in there and they filmed us cheering. Then the guys who called the game came in and taped their segment with us behind them. One of our friends bought us a shot so we did a shot with the Caps commentators. Then the Captain of the team came in (he's injured) so I went over to meet him. I said "I just wanted to meet you." Then I shook his hand and said "it's nice to meet you."
I felt really stupid afterwards, but it was still cool. So have you ever met anyone famous? What did you say?

I'm still waiting to meet Puffy.

I've met hockey players! They used to live in my neighborhood.

SOme Hall of FAmers:

Mike Bossy*grin*
Clark Gillies
Denis Potvin
Billy Smith(he was at my 10th BDday party-I had an ice skating one and he was there with his son and very nicely signed autographs for me and my party)
Bryan Trottier

Not Hall of Famers

Most of the 80's Islanders. They were very involved in our community and several still are. Bobby Nystrom is one of them. You name one and I have probably met them!

Oh and Roland Melonson(backup goalie) lived next door to my friend and Jaime McClennon used to come on my line when I worked in the supermarket.

I rambled on about this since I know you like hockey. :)

Oh I also have bumped into Paul Sheffer outside the studio.

Gasp! LOL Zombs!

Well, if we're talking hockey, I know a Beverly Hills motorcycle cop who stopped Wayne Gretsky and his wife. She was driving and she was speeding. He didn't give them a ticket. They sent a whole bunch of souvenir hockey stuff to him at the police station.
